Joe Rector is Assistant Vice President for Entegral. In this position, he provides the management and strategic vision for the company. Rector began working for Enterprise in 2004. He has held numerous leadership positions throughout Washington, D.C. and New York City until 2014, where he was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Daily Rental Operations for the Northeast U.S.
Rector was promoted to his current role of Assistant Vice President of Entegral in 2017. During his career, Rector has frequently been recognized for outstanding performance. He received a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia.
Dan Friedman is the Vice President of North American Sales for Entegral and is responsible for the development and growth of Entegral’s North American sales. Friedman brings with him over 26 years of experience in replacement rental sales and marketing. As a leader in the Replacement & Leisure Division, Friedman was instrumental in growing some of Enterprise Holdings’ largest and most strategic replacement rental partnerships. He is also deeply involved within important industry, community committees, and boards including serving on the Executive Committee of I-CAR. He holds a B.A. degree from UCLA.
Trent Tinsley is Assistant Vice President of Business Development for Entegral. In this role, Tinsley is responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities with companies across the collision, insurance and manufacturer business segments. Tinsley began his career with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in 1994. In 1999, Tinsley moved to Enterprise Holdings’ corporate headquarters and joined the National Marketing team, where he was instrumental in the strategy, design and implementation of the various ARMS® applications used by insurers, repairers, dealerships and accounts worldwide.
Tinsley served as North American Director of Sales Operations and Business Development prior to his 2021 promotion to Assistant Vice President of Business Development for Entegral. Tinsley earned his degree in social science from Samford University and Ouachita Baptist University.
Mike Macari is Director of Business Development for Entegral. In this role, Macari works with companies in the insurance industry and identifies opportunities to develop innovative workflow solutions. Macari began his career with Enterprise in 2001 in Washington, D.C. and held several roles in rental operations and new business development. In 2011, he was promoted to Replacement Marketing Director, where he helped implement workflow and technology solutions for insurance and automotive partners to address claim management inefficiencies. Macari moved to the company’s St. Louis headquarters in 2014 and was promoted to Corporate Manager for Enterprise CarShare. In this role, he helped develop Enterprise’s new expansion into automated rental. Two years later, he joined the National Marketing team as a Strategic Partnership Manager, where he worked with some of Enterprise’s largest replacement partners.
He was promoted to his current role with Entegral in 2018. Macari received a bachelor’s degree from James Madison University. Currently, he serves on the Development Board for St. Louis Children’s Hospital.
Andi Dachel oversees and manages the sales and development of the Entegral product suite for the collision segment. Dachel joined Enterprise as a Management Trainee in 1996 and worked at several rental locations in Minneapolis as she moved her way up the ranks to Branch Manager. In 1999, she established the Call Center for Enterprise’s Minnesota operations and led training and marketing efforts for the ARMS Application for the insurance, automotive and dealership channels.
In 2006, Dachel relocated to St. Louis to work with the Insurance Replacement division as a Business Process Manager, creating workflow solutions and implementing technology to put Enterprise in the position of being an indispensable business partner within the insurance and collision industry. She was promoted to Director of Sales in 2014, working with insurance carriers and MSOs on contracts and partnership strategy. Dachel was promoted to her current role with Entegral in 2019.
Dachel has been an active member of the community and has volunteered at events through local area food banks, FHHS, and the National Humane Society. She spent four years on the Board of Directors of the Twin City Claims Association, serving as President in 2003, and participated in the Women’s Industry Network (WIN). Dachel received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
Tony Simopoulos is Entegral’s Assistant Vice President of Technology. In this role, Simopoulos is responsible for leading and providing support for Entegral’s Platform and Product Engineering, Information Security and Technology Operations teams. Simopoulos is an experienced executive with a demonstrated history of leadership and entrepreneurship in multiple business areas.
He founded, scaled and successfully exited Metavera Solutions Inc., a software company serving the #Mobility marketplace, acquired by Enterprise Holdings Inc. in a strategic transaction to bolster and grow their CarShare brands - Enterprise CarShare and Enterprise CarClub in 2015. After the acquisition he led the technology strategy and execution for the CarShare brands successfully integrating the Metavera Team and the Autovera Platform into Enterprise IT Rental Operations.
Joining Entegral in 2018, and promoted to AVP in 2021, Simopoulos is excited to focus his energies on the #InsurTech space. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto.
Michael Rortvedt is Director of Product Management for Entegral. In this role, Rortvedt is responsible for leading and providing support for Entegral’s product management team.
Rortvedt joined Enterprise in 2014 when Performance Gateway was acquired by Enterprise Holdings. Since that time, he has led the development and release of several key products while serving in a variety of Product Management roles, including Product Owner, Product Manager and Senior Manager - Product Development. In 2020, he was promoted Director of Product Management to lead the continued development of Entegral’s global Product Management practice and the strategic direction of Entegral’s product portfolio.
Rortvedt has spent over 11 years in the insurance and automotive claims industry, notably working with American Family, QBE Insurance and Performance Gateway prior to starting his career with Enterprise. He is passionate about delivering customer value that achieves real business outcomes and impact. Rortvedt is an avid thinker, a life-long learner and is devoted to personnel development and cultivating the careers of his employees.
Rortvedt has previously served as a board member and on various committees with the Collision Industry Electronic Commerce Association (CIECA). Outside of his professional duties, he serves as a board member for the Wisconsin Athletics John Jardine Memorial Scholarship Fund. Rortvedt earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin.
Jenny Anderson is Director of Sales for Entegral. In this role, Anderson is responsible for leading and developing a team of Customer Success Managers to drive the growth, adoption, and retention of the Entegral product line among new and existing customers. In 2003, Anderson started her career with Enterprise as a Management Trainee in Chicago. As she worked her way up the ranks, she worked in multiple business areas, including Fleet Management, Corporate Business Rental, and Insurance Replacement.
Prior to joining Entegral, Anderson was a Director of Enterprise’s Collision segment, where she was responsible for working with body shop networks to promote ARMS® Automotive, improve length-of-rental performance and leverage technology to streamline processes and promote efficiency. Anderson also served as Director of Client Success at Performance Gateway™, which was acquired by Enterprise Holdings in 2014. In this role, Anderson oversaw Performance Gateway’s Key Account Management, Client Services, and Business Process Outsourcing teams. These teams served as primary contacts for clients, prospective clients and collision repair centers in the insurance and multi-shop operator segments.
Anderson is an active member of the community, serving on the Board and Executive Committee for the Women’s Industry Network (WIN) since 2016. She also launched a Lean In Circle at Entegral’s headquarters in Madison, WI. Anderson earned a bachelor’s degree in public relations and business management from the University of Wisconsin.
Erica Smutko is the Director of Human Resources, joining the Entegral team in 2021. In her role, she oversees all aspects of Human Resources, including Talent Acquisition, Training and DE&I. She partners with senior management to implement HR strategies, processes, and practices that improve performance and employee engagement throughout Entegral.
Smutko is a graduate of Rutgers and began working for Enterprise in 2000 in the New York/New Jersey metro area. She spent the first 6 years of her career in the Business Management department as an Accounting Supervisor. In 2006, she moved to the Human Resources department where she has provided a broad range of HR support and consulting services to senior managers. Smutko earned her Professional Accreditation in Human Resources in 2011.
Jeanne Marie Esquivel is Senior Manager of Global Customer Delivery and Support for Entegral. She is responsible for leading and developing a team of Customer Delivery Managers as well as providing technical writing and customer support for the Entegral product line in North America and Europe. Esquivel started her career with Enterprise® in 1996 as a Management Trainee in Orlando, Florida.
Over the course of her Enterprise career, she has worked in multiple business areas, including Business Analysis, Portfolio Management, and Corporate Global IT Application Development. Prior to her current role with Entegral, Esquivel was a Senior IT Manager for Enterprise’s European Corporate Vehicle application team, where she was responsible for solutioning and releasing software to support acquisitions and the remarketing of European vehicles. She also served as a Senior Program Manager at Enterprise’s headquarters in St. Louis. In this role, Esquivel led multiple teams and efforts during several global strategic business and technology acquisitions. Her focus was on the acquisition assessment, integration, and remediation for the business and IT.
Esquivel is an active member of the community. She currently serves on the Scholarship Committee for the Women’s Industry Network (WIN) and is the Director of Goals and Strategy for Lean In, an employee resource group. Esquivel also volunteers at her local food pantry. Esquivel earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from DePaul University.
Vanessa Wilkin is Assistant Vice President, Replacement & Leisure Division for Entegral. In this role, Wilkin is responsible for oversight and management of the sales and development of the ABS product suite within the insurance and multi-shop operation (MSO) markets for Canada. After graduating from Bishop’s University in 2004, Wilkin began her career with Enterprise as a Management Trainee in Ottawa, Ontario. As she worked her way up the ranks, Wilkin held various roles within the company, serving as Talent Development Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager in Canada.
In 2011, she moved to the company’s St. Louis headquarters and was promoted to Business Process Manager. In this role, she was responsible for supporting Canadian insurance, dealerships and collision partners. Three years later, she was promoted to Business Process Manager for key strategic North American accounts. Prior to her current position, Wilkin was Director for the Replacement division at Enterprise Holdings. In this role, she supported the company’s relationships with key insurance and collision partners in North America. She was also responsible for managing contracts, business and product development as well as process standards for the division.
Diana Rahn is the Director of Business Administration for Entegral and is responsible for leadership and oversight in the areas of Accounting, Finance, Revenue Management, Taxation, Compliance, and others. Additionally, she serves as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team that works to set the goals and strategy for Entegral.
Diana holds a Master of Accounting Degree from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis. In 2014 she began her career at Enterprise Mobility in the Corporate Accounting department. Since then, she has held various accounting and financial roles within Enterprise before moving to Entegral in 2022. Diana is a strategic thinker and has a proven track record of driving financial performance. She is passionate about creating a strong, collaborative culture and enjoys asking questions to solve problems that ultimately result in efficient solutions.
